1) Collections in areas 1,2 and 3 for next day must be booked by 1700hrs, for area 4 for next day 1400hrs. Sameday collections in areas 1,2, and 3 may be booked up till 1030hrs and will be priced at tariff.
2) Deliveries in areas 1,2 and 3 need to be booked by 1600hrs the day before delivery and deliveries in area 4 need to be booked by 1400hrs the day before delivery. Sameday deliveries will be by quotation only.
3) Waiting time at collections and deliveries will be charged after the first 30 minutes at £25 per hour or part thereof.
4) False calls are charged at the full rate
5) Freight over 2.4m long or 1.7m high or packaged on non-standard pallets will be priced by quotation only.
6) Collections/deliveries over 2500kgs in all areas will be price by quotation only.
7) Timed surcharge of £25 will apply for collection/deliveries required within a 2 hour time window or less.
8) Half day surcharge of £15 will apply for collections/deliveries required within a 2-5 hour time window.
9) Daily tariff applies to collections/deliveries between 9am and 5pm Monday to Friday, deliveries/collections required weekends or outside this time window will be by quotation only.
10) Hazardous collections/deliveries will be subject to a £25 hazardous surcharge.
11) Collections/deliveries are priced on the chargeable weight which is the greater of the gross or volumetric weight for which 6cmb = 1000kgs.
12) Correct rates only appear if Town or Postcode is entered
